• About the software
  Ultimate Excel Password Cracker started out life as a solution to a real life problem, when I forgot the password for one of my Excel worksheets.
   
  • After browsing the internet, I could not find a cheep solution that was successfully able to unlock my password protected worksheet, as typical retail solutions started at around $29.99.
    
    Consequently, I tried to design a simple but effective way of recovering my password. As I started to succeed, I thought about how useful the software might be for other people, so started to design a simple GUI and improve my coding bit-by-bit.
     
  • This resulted in the first piece of software that I have designed, that I thought would be worth passing on to others.
